The World Beard and Moustache Championships took place in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday - and as a result, we now know who officially has the greatest beard in the world.
And it is... Grand Prize winner Madison Rowley, who himself hails from Portland, and sports this incredible facial hair:

Nearly 300 people took part in the championships, which had 18 categories falling under three divisions: Moustaches, Partial Beards and Full Beards.
