Most of us go jogging to get fit - but this video tells the story of a man who goes running for an entirely different reason.
Ronnie Goodman trains hard every day on the streets of San Francisco - he's also homeless.
In the touching video above, Ronnie says: "When people see me they see a runner, they don't see a person that's homeless.
"My running goes hand in hand with who I am - it makes everything feel at peace."
With touching honesty, Ronnie talks about his battle with drugs and how running provides a much-needed distraction.
He's also training for the San Francisco marathon where he'll be raising money for a charity called The Hospitality House, which he says helped him when he needed it the most.
